  • Thomas R. "Buzz" Willard, CRE

    President and CEO of Tower Properties, oversees all company operations from acquisitions and development to leasing, property management and construction management.

    Prior to joining Tower, Buzz was President of Bliss Associates, Inc., a regional real estate appraisal firm.

    Buzz currently services as Co-Chairman of the Greater Downtown Area Plan of Kansas City, MO (GDAP) and Treasurer of the Police Foundation of Kansas City. His current list of civic activities includes service on several civic and charitable boards including Saint Luke's Hospital, William Jewell College (immediate past Chairman), the Kansas City Police Foundation and the Downtown Council Executive Committee. Buzz also sits on the boards of Commerce Bank of Kansas City and TNEMEC. His past board service includes the Saint Luke's Cancer Institute (Chairman), the Mission Hills, Kansas Planning Commission, the Horizon Academy, St. Paul's Episcopal Day School, UCP/Open Options (Chairman), Downtown Community Improvement District (Chairman), the Kansas City Country Club (President) and the University Club (President).

    Buzz received his Bachelor of Science degree from William Jewell College and his MBA from Rockhurst University. In 2006 he was awarded the prestigious CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate.

  • Stan Weber

    Stan serves as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tower Properties, overseeing all company operations. Prior to joining Tower Properties in 2003, he worked for National Farms, Inc for 14 year serving as Vice President – Finance (CFO) his first 13 years and as President and CEO his last year. Before working at National Farms, Stan was a Supervising Senior Accountant with Peat Marwick Main and Company (KPMG).

    Stan is the Chairperson for the Kansas State University Department of Accounting Advisory Council and is a member of Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Business at Kansas State University. He has functioned as a member of the National Pork Producers Financial Managers Committee, the Committee for the selection of an Accounting Department Head at Kansas State University and as a board member for the Central Industrial District of Kansas City. Stan is a member of the Kansas Society of CPA's and Missouri Society of CPA's.

    Stan received his bachelor's degree in accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and his master's of Accountancy degree from Kansas State University.

  • Chris Erdley, CCIM, CPM

    As Vice President and Director of Real Estate Services, Chris is responsible for directing the day-to-day management and leasing operations of nearly 2 million square feet of office, 236,000 square feet of industrial properties and 1,600 apartment units. Chris’s oversight of both the leasing and management activities allows him to coordinate the leasing negotiations and remain involved with the client throughout their occupancy as a tenant.

    Chris is the current President of the Heartland Apartment Association, and holds the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®). He has been involved in leasing and property management of office, industrial, retail and residential properties since 1989.

  • Margaret Schroeder

    As Vice President/Controller, Marge works directly with the Chief Financial Officer and coordinates the preparation of all the required public and internal financial reporting.

    A versatile performer with more than 40 years of progressive experience in both the financial and property management aspects of the Company, Marge is responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and coordinating the year-end audits. She supervises and supports Tower’s accounting staff and has experience in GAAP, SEC, Tax Increment Financing and 353 Redevelopment reporting requirement.

    Marge’s strength is finding solutions to problems and implementing those solutions through a strong team within the accounting staff.
